Receive and Review the Order

A consultant receives an order for a property in the consultant's coverage area and reviews the available project information.

Complete the Site Visit

The consultant walks the property, takes photos and measurements, and documents required repairs and planned improvements.

Submit the Findings

Notes and photos are submitted through the Makeover system so the report and Bid Builder can be created.

Support the Final Scope of Work

Once a contractor bid is accepted, the final Scope of Work is issued and the project moves forward. Consultants may also support draw inspections and change orders during the renovation process when those services are required.
